CSI season finale.
Nick survived.
Yeah. I cried. I'm pathetic.

I thought someone was supposed to die in that episode...

Apparently not.
Yay! :D

Someone did - it just wasn't Nick.

I was sure I saw an add which said a CSI was going to die. Maybe it was for one of the spin-offs.

Maybe. I try not to watch them. They're painful.

CSI Miami. I saw the ad last night. Damn Cyborgs of Death.

I heart CSI but I kinda didn't really like the episode. The pacing was very strange.

Ew, ants.

Yeah, it was strange.
I wasn't too keen on the bit where Nick was imagining that he had died. It took away from the feeling somewhat, and was a little too 'Tarantino'.

It was funny but completely out of keeping with anything else in the series. If I hadn't heard that it was a Tarantino-written-directed one I would have spent the entire two hours thinking 'what the fuck is going on?'

Yeah, pretty much. It just didn't fit.

In the middle i was thinking Tarantino had the pacing wrong and that it was too slow... but by the end I though he'd done it right. I liked it. That said, I wouldn't watch an entire series like that.

Agreed.

Perhaps, though, it was meant to screen over two nights? I noticed in the credits that it had Grave Danger: Volume 1 and Grave Danger: Volume 2.

I noticed that too...
And I think it would have had much better pacing if it had been, actually.

Yeah I saw that. That would have been lame. Definitely better as one episode.

I felt kinda cheated: 'that's not the show I know and love.'

Was still better than watching the Mothman Prophecies though.

Yeah, mothman prophecies really sucked ass.
