Now I'm coughing up blood because my throat is totally pwned, and throwing up, but not from coughing. I don't know why. Fuckingmotherfuckingstupidasshole sick. :(

I'd see a doc, coughing up blood is generally considered to be Not A Good Thing (even if it is probably just your throat being infected).

I rang them and they said it's not too bad, but if I get worried go in. Although I doubt I'll get an appointment until tomorrow anyway. Dammit.
Mum said if I don't get better by wednesday I should probably try and reschedule my flight for friday or something, but hopefully it'll go away.

If you are well enough to fly but still not feeling too good it will be an excuse to spend the weekend watching movies and being completely lazy :)

What everyone else said. Don't call the doctor, go and see the doctor.
At the very least, they might be able to give you something to ease the cough a bit, so you're spewing blood everywhere and maybe do something about the vomiting.
