So driving home through Linwood after dropping Paula off, I see a figure on the side of the road flagging me down.
It turns out to be a very drunk, very lost, very scared and very, very cold Asian guy. He shivers out in bad english that he's lost and needs to get back to the city center.
So I gave him a ride.
The poor guy was actually turning blue.
After about 6 tries, I finally got out of him that he needed to go to Cashel St.
Yeah, yeah, I know I shouldn't be giving random people rides at 4 in the morning on my own.
Bite me.

what a nice thing for you to do for a stranger Mel! Sure it's a bit dodgy and all but I'm sure you really helped him out

since you knew what I was going to say, I won't say it...

Fuck it... yes I will.

You shouldn't be giving random rides to people at 4am!!!

It's great being a good Samaritan, even better if you have a full license so you don't get caught. You could treat yourself before your Birthday.

Thank you.

It's not easy helping strangers when we are taught that they are all axe-wielding psychopaths. :-/
