So Chris has gone up to see his parents for 2 weeks over christmas. It's just Diantha and myself living her at the moment.
I get a phone call at about 2030 from our landlords, saying they'll be coming around tomorrow.
I look at the house.
Scream.
Calm down. It's not too bad.
Walk into the kitchen.
Scream.
So I rang them this morning and said that noone was going to be home. They said that's fine they mainly wanted to check the garden.
So we clean up the easy places, pull the curtains on the dirty rooms.
Look at the garden.
And scream.

Not that it probably helps, but I'm pretty sure landlords have to hive you a couple of weeks notice before inspecting.

I think they only have to givve 24 hours notice before visiting the property.
