It's schnowing.

I would just like to say thankyou for being a completely unreasonable, immature and uptight LJ user.
Someone added you as a friend. Someone you didn't know. This is quite clearly not a breach of the LiveJournal terms of service, and yet you felt compelled to make their life a little more difficult by getting their account suspended.

I'm terribly sorry that you found being added by someone without their permission inconvenienced your life so terribly you felt the need to make a great fuss over it.

You clearly decided to be unreasonable on a random whim. I do not accept my friends being treating ridiculously by random people in foreign countries. If you fail to remove whatever foreign object appears to be inserted in your anus within the next twelve hours I will be forced to contact anal support and inform them of your serial retentivness, not to mention your incorrect use of cApiTal LettErs.
Thankyou, and have a nice life.

I think main thing that's annoying me about all of this is the fact that Jester's accusations against Caleb are complete bollocks, and I can't see how the abuse team would have had any foundation to suspend his journal at all.

Harrassment - "In order for content to be considered harassing, the post must contain information sufficient to contact you and encourage others to contact you via these means."

Friends list additions - "It is not a violation of LiveJournal's Terms of Service for another person to add you to their Friends list. It does not allow the user who has added you any special access to your journal; it only allows the user to read your public entries on their friends page rather than going to your journal directly. It does not allow the individual who has added you any access to your Friends-only entries."

Spam - "*You cannot include anything in your journal or userinfo that is designed to profit you based on how many people click a link or view a banner.
*However, spamming – advertising your goods or services in communities or journals where it is unwanted – is prohibited.
*Promoting your community by posting unwanted or unsolicited advertisements in communities or journals is a form of spam, and is not permitted.
*You may not sell or re-sell access to your LiveJournal"

Stalking - "If someone is stalking or threatening you on LiveJournal, you should immediately contact your local authorities. There is nothing that LiveJournal can do to protect your real-world, physical safety. Your local authorities are the only ones who can help you in this situation."

Caleb met none of these criteria...I guess I just don't understand.
Then again, I guess I don't have my head as far up my arse as [livejournal.com profile] jester_jarriet does...

The accusation of stalking especially annoys me. It's making a mockery of anyone who has actually been stalked or harassed.

Urgh.
